THE FINALS just kicked off 2026 with a small but fun 9.3.0 update. It’s not a huge gameplay overhaul, but more of a celebration patch that sets up the new ranked season and keeps the festive vibe going in the Arena.

The main addition is Ruby Rewards S9, a new ranked season focused on prestige. Only the top 500 players can reach Ruby tier, and it’s not enough to just get there, you must stay at the top. Players who remain in the top 500 by the end of the season earn full Ruby rewards & benefits, including a Ruby player card background, emblem, badge, charm, sticker, and a Ruby coin, which can be exchanged for a Ruby skin on any weapon of choice.

Alongside ranked, the store added a new winter-themed bundle called “Winter Vicious.” This cosmetic pack lets players keep a snowy, holiday look in the Arena even after the season ends.

Snowball Blitz, the festive limited-time mode, is sticking around for one more week. This chaotic fan favorite gets an extra run before the next, slightly bigger update arrives.
