Walkthrough

Follow the steps below to complete The Dogs Know First quest:

Step 1

Head to the marked location in Brewery Backyard and interact with Butter, the barking dog.

Step 2

To calm Butter, you need to give it 1 Meaty Bone. Head to the marked location to pick one up.

Step 3

Return to Butter and give him the Meaty Bone. A cutscene with a Mysterious Person will start; after he flees, pick up the Mysterious Token he drops to progress.

Step 4

Head to the Blissful Retreat Boundary Stone and walk straight ahead to find Tang Bao, a Weiyang merchant sitting by the roadside. Submit the Mysterious Token to him to complete the quest and receive your rewards.
