You can begin The Best Odd Jobber by heading to Fan Manor in Prosperity Haven. A crowd will be gathered outside; speak to Liu Shengping to start the recruitment trial.
Walkthrough
Here is how you can complete The Best Odd Jobber exploration quest in Where Winds Meet:
Step 1
At Fan Manor, speak to Liu Shengping. He explains that Fan Manor is hiring and asks if you want to attempt the trials. Your first test is simple: perform 50 squats. Complete the exercise.
Step 2
Your second task is to cook and submit Rotisserie Venison. Open the crafting function.
Step 3
You’ll notice that the Rotisserie Venison recipe is locked.
Step 4
To unlock it, travel to The Thirteen Chambers and purchase the recipe there.

Step 5
Enter the shop and speak with the owner, Qi Tianyuan. Select the option to view his wares.
Step 6
Select the rotisserie recipe and purchase.
Step 7
Return to Liu Shengping at Fan Manor. Open the crafting function again, and you will see the recipe is now unlocked. Cook the Rotisserie Venison.
Step 8
Once prepared, submit the dish to Liu Shengping.
Step 9
He’ll claim there’s a third test and ask you to dance. When you threaten him, he panics and immediately offers you the job, ending the quest.
