Nokia E1 release set for February-March 2017, certified by CCC

Nokia E1 just made it to Chinese certification agency, CCC, also called 3C, which signals that its release is not far.

Heck, the same reputed source that got us the CCC certification, reveals that Nokia could launch the E1 sometime in February or March 2017. Do you smell an announcement pegged at MWC, followed by March 2017 release? We sure do.

Nokia E1, along with D1c, is company’s one of the first devices for year 2017 that would make its comeback into the smartphone market, under the management of HMD.

Not much info is available as regards Nokia E1 specs, but now that we know it’s launching sooner rather than later, we expect it to hit benchmark sites like Geekbench and GFXbench soon, and show its stuff over at TENAA too in next few days or weeks.

Expect more Nokia E1 rumors to fly by us soon, revealing the device as much as possible before Nokia at MWC.

Though, Nokia E1 image had leaked earlier, only few days ago, which is produced below.
