T-Mobile Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus update rolling out with June security patch and improved Navigation bar

The T-Mobile variants of Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus are up for new software update. The update installs June security patch and bundles some new features.

The update is being pushed as build number G950USQU1AQFJ to T-Mobile Galaxy S8 units while Galaxy S8 Plus devices are receiving the update as build number G955USQU1AQFJ. The update brings security patch for the month of June as well as regular bug fixes and device security enhancement.

In addition, the update introduces a new navigation bar to enable users to ‘see more of the display without navigation concealing it’. This has been made possible by adding icons (these can be fixed or hidden) to the left-hand side of the navigation bar.
