HTC got one more phone under it’s sleeves: the T-Mobile Amaze 4G. The name’s not official, by the way, and it’s also called the HTC Ruby but the interesting thing about this phone is: it just got its heavy spec-sheet out together with some shots of its own.
The Ruby/Amaze 4G has amazing spec-sheet and with massive processor and speedier data transfer capabilities over 4G. Let’s have a look at this modern-day android phone, which is upping the bars of phone specifications. And don’t forget to have a gander at the bunch of pics that have leaked out too.
T-Mobile Amaze 4G Specifications
- 1.5 GHz dual-core processor (most probably, it’s Qualcomm’s chip)
- DC-HSPA+ bandwidth — capable of up to 42 Mbps of data transfer speed
- 4.3 inch qHD display with resolution of 960 x 540 pixels
- 8 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash
- 1 GB RAM
- 16 GB storage
The leaked device was spotted running Android 2.3, which is good, but it’s also said it features HTC’s own custom UI over Android OS, the HTC Sense, version 3.5. Although, it’s safe to say that since this one is destined to T-Mobile, the Amaze 4G won’t see too much of HTC Sense — whatever version — which is a nice thing, since it should prevent it from Sense-bugs.
Needless to day, it’s quite a super-phone with all these high-end specs. Everything from processor to RAM and Camera is either the best we’ve seen on phones or nearly the best. We just hope it’s coming soon with Android 2.3.4.

So, if you’re at T-Mobile, are you looking forward to Amaze 4G? And anyone looking to buy it off-contract. BTW, we don’t have ay clue of Amaze 4G’s price, but we expect it to be out soon. As for the release date, expect it in 3-4 months or so.
