Here is how you can complete Stealth: The Ritual Office exploration quest in Where Winds Meet:

Step 1: Talk to Shen Lan

Find and talk to Shen Lan in Prosperity Heaven's Ceremonial Bureau area.

Step 2: Mock Clam Fish recipe

To get the Mock Clam Fish recipe for Shen Lan, go to the Fishing Contest at the Ghostlight Market.

Step 3: Complete the mini-game

Complete the minigame to get the Mock Clam Fish recipe. In this game you are required to compete with Ye Youzhen and get more score than him to win.

Fishing Requirements:

Worm Bait - 5
Dough Bait - 5
Plant Bait - 5

On winning, the recipe unlocks automatically.

Step 4: Get the raw materials

In case you do not have the raw materials for fishing or cooking, go to Hu Niu'er's General Goods store near East Cross Street.

Recipe requires:

Mandarin Fish x2
Sour Wild Fruit x1

Step 5: Cook and serve

After you get both materials, cook the Mock Clam Fish recipe and give it to Shen Lan.

Reward
