The U.S. carrier Sprint has slashed the on-contract price of the HTC One M9 and lets the customers grab hold of the device by paying just $99.99, if they are ready to sign in a two year contract. The carrier has not altered the price of the other models including the off contract and Sprint Lease variants.
Initially, the One M9 was released for a price of $199.99 on contract and it is still selling at the same price on the other carriers Verizon and AT&T. Sprint is selling the One M9 in Gunmetal Grey and Gold on Silver color options.
To refresh on the specifications, the HTC One M9 runs on Android Lollipop wrapped with Sense 7 UI and boasts of a 5 inch Full HD 1080p display. The device is stuffed with an octa core Snapdragon 810 chipset paired with 3 GB of RAM and features BoomSound speakers as well.
In the meantime, though the Taiwanese tech firm will not be launching the One M9 Plus featuring a Quad HD 1440p display and MediaTek MT6795T chipset in the U.S., it is available via Amazon for $799 without LTE support.
