What to know
- The Ghoul Garden event launches October 11, 2025.
- It brings a new event currency (Candy Corn), themed seeds, pets, cosmetics, and an event shop lineup.
- The event runs to October 25.
- A pre-update “Admin Abuse” hour returns, with surprise weather effects and limited-time rewards.
Players are getting ready to dive into a haunted harvest. The upcoming Ghoul Garden update (1.27.0) is all about Halloween — pumpkins, ghosts, eerie décor, and plenty of spooky flair.
At the center is a new event island where players will fill a cauldron or Witch’s Pot by contributing fruit. The more you toss in, the better the rewards. Contributors and top contributors both earn goodies like Candy Corn, Pumpkin Crates, and Spooky Eggs.
That Candy Corn becomes your ticket to three themed shops:
- Spooky Seeds – where you’ll find all the Halloween-style plants
- Creepy Critters – pets that match the eerie vibe
- Devilish Decor – cosmetics and decorations to haunt your garden
Confirmed seeds include things like Bloodred Mushroom, Jack-O-Lantern, Ghoul Root, and Poison Apple. Pets range from Bats and Ghost Bears to Reapers and Headless Horsemen.

A fun touch: if you stand inside the Witch’s Pot, it’ll spin faster and launch you into the air — just part of the update’s playful chaos. There’ll also be spooky weather effects and shops that rise from the ground at random times.
The update bridges directly from the outgoing Chubby Chipmunk event, creating a seamless shift into the Halloween season. And while the Ghoul Garden event only runs for a couple of weeks, it’s hinting at a bigger move toward longer-lasting seasonal content.
Halloween events in games often come and go, but this one feels more alive — a blend of humor, chaos, and genuine creativity that could stick around longer than expected.
