Google Keep plans to add ‘Help me draw,’ a new feature that turns your sketches into refined artwork.
Android Authority recently tested Google Keep’s ‘Help me draw’ feature in version 5.24.462.04.90. The team found the welcome screen and user interface with three art styles: vector drawing, colored pencil, and ink marker. Their attempts to use the sketch conversion and text-to-sketch functions didn’t work, showing Google hasn’t integrated the AI components yet.
According to the test findings, you can highlight your pen strokes in Keep to use ‘Help me draw.’ The AI converts your sketch into your chosen art style.
The tool improves basic drawings automatically. You need to create new drawings in Keep as the feature doesn’t support imported images.
You can type descriptions to create artwork instead of drawing. This creates visuals from text if you don’t want to sketch.
Google has included this feature in its Workspace Labs program. While a support page exists for ‘Help me draw,’ the feature isn’t working yet.
The feature will add visual capabilities to Google Keep’s note-taking functions when it launches.
