The Japanese firm Sony has announced the pricing and availability details of its upcoming 4K Ultra HD lineup of televisions that are powered by the Android TV platform. These models with ultra thin profile were showcased at the CES 2015 tech show in January.

The Android TV based television lineup from Sony is slim only at the top and not at the bottom where its components are housed. Anyways, the lineup is still impressive to look at.

Notably, the televisions that will be launched by Sony this year will feature 4K Processor X1 for computing. Sony announced that the televisions will arrive with its own software features and PlayStation Now compatibility that will stream selected PlayStation 3 games via a DualShock 4 controller for input.
