As per the former Twitter bound leaker @evleaks, the latest Sony flagship smartphone Sony Xperia Z4 and a new slate from LG dubbed G Pad X will make their way to U.S. carrier Verizon. It has been revealed that these two devices will be accompanied by a new iPad mini and HTC Desire 526.
It is not surprising to see the Sony flagship device being sold via Verizon as we have already seen a couple of devices from the vendor such as Xperia Z3 and Z2 sold via Verizon. Also, Verizon sold the G Pad 8.3 LTE and the G Pad X being sold by the carrier makes sense.
To recap the specifications of the Xperia Z4, the smartphone boasts of a 5.2 inch Triluminos display Live Colour LED powered by X-Reality engine with a Full HD 1080p resolution. Powering the smartphone is an octa core Snapdragon 810 processor that supports 64 bit processing and it is paired with Adreno 430 graphics unit and 3 GB of RAM.
For storage, the Xperia Z4 packs in 32 GB of storage space that can be expanded further by another 128 GB using a micro SD card. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop as the other flagship smartphones in the market
There is a 20.7 MP main snapper at the rear of the Xperia Z4 that features Exmos RS sensor, 4K video recording and cooking mode to capture wonderful snaps of foods. Up front, there is a 5.1 MP front facing camera with Exmor R sensor and 25mm wide-angle lens. A 2,930 mAh battery energizes the device pumping enough juice to it along with the Battery STAMINA mode.
As of now, there are no claims regarding about the LG G Pad X till date and we need to wait to know about this tablet.
