To start this quest, go to the marked location in South Gate Avenue near the river. It begins when you use Meridian Touch to immobilize Chen Cheng, who is standing at the edge overlooking the water.

Walkthrough
Follow these steps to complete the Second Wind quest:
Step 1
Head to the quest area and use Meridian Touch to immobilize Chen Cheng, preventing him from jumping into the water.

Step 2
Chen Cheng will collapse to the ground and then walk away. Pick up the letter he drops.

Step 3
Head to Tianjing Dock and stop Chen Cheng once more from attempting suicide. Use Meridian Touch to immobilize him again.

Step 4
Speak with a child named Chen Xiaoyu at Willow Bank, standing by the river.

Step 5
Proceed to the next quest area near Hopewell Academy teleport stone and once again use Meridian Touch to immobilize Chen Cheng before he can jump into the river.

Step 6
After speaking with Chen Cheng and Xiaoyu, give the letter to Chen Cheng to complete the quest and receive your rewards.

Tips
- Use Meridian Touch quickly to stop Chen Cheng whenever he tries to jump into the river.
- Be ready to intervene multiple times at different locations including near the river, the dock, and the teleport stone area.
- Interact with Chen Xiaoyu to progress the quest after the initial interventions.
