We’ve known for quite some time from the rumor mill that Samsung is prepping up a new tablet in the form of Galaxy Tab S3 — slated for release in Q1 2017 — but this is first time we have got solid info on its expected specs.

Today’s gossip out of Chinese Weibo site reveals what we can expect hardware-wise from the Galaxy Tab S3, which should launch really soon having been certified at WiFi Alliance and Bluetooth SIG.

As per rumor about the Galaxy Tab S3 specs, the tablet could be powered by Exynos 7420 processor, along with cool 4GB of RAM. Even more exciting is use of UFS2.0 storage, that should really fire up the performance of the device against traditional storage types.

To keep it with the trends in smartphone world, this year’s Galaxy Tab S3 would feature a fingerprint sensor (presumably on the physical Home button on front below the display, like on Galaxy S7) and USB Type-C port.

The leak further has it that — as expected — we would see two variants of Galaxy Tab S3: a WiFi only (SM-T820), and LTE (SM-T825).
