Samsung seems to be working on a new lineup of slates called Galaxy E. The June issue of Taiwan Mobile lists such a device carrying the model number SM-T560. This matches with the User Agent profiles found on the Samsung website, but the specifications are not the same.
The Galaxy Tab E appears to feature a 9.6 inch display with a resolution of 1280×768 pixels that sounds better than the 9.7 inch Galaxy Tab A. The device is said to be powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor and run on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The slate is likely to boast of a 5 MP main snapper at its back and arrive in a Wi-Fi and mobile data variants. The User Agent profiles list two devices with the model numbers SM-T560 and SM-T561 that could refer to these two versions.
The Galaxy Tab A is said to arrive in an 8 inch version and so there could be s smaller Galaxy Tab E in the pipeline. The listing shows that the price of the device is TWD 690 that translates to $22 that could be the monthly installment cost. The specifications suggest that the slate might not be priced too high.
