Anticipations are running high for Samsung’s Galaxy S6 which will be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress this march. We already know that the device is coming with a lot of goodies such as an Exynos 7420 chipset and the improved TouchWiz UI to name just a few. We also know that the Galaxy S series has always done great by its camera and the S6 will be no exception.

According to Dong Hoon Jang, Head of Camera R&D Group at Samsung Electronics “The camera on the company’s flagship device will be far more intelligent allowing users to click amazing pictures under any conditions, without having to worry about more than just pressing the shutter button.”

Samsung further reinforced this notion by a recent teaser video posted on twitter  which focused on the “Unpacked 2015”  event scheduled for MWC 2015 on March 1. The 17 seconds video which talks about drawing inspiration from a “Great vision” and “A unique view” for the upcoming galaxy, ends with a shot of the camera lens of the device.

Considering the recent updates with what we already know about this camera such as the fact that its likely to be a 20 MP sensor teamed with OIS (optical image stabilization) technology and that it will based on Android 5.0 Lollipop’s new camera API merely serves to add weight to the notion that Samsung has paid extra attention to its snapper and the S6 will probably live up as the shutterbugs delight.

Stick around for more info.
