Samsung’s last year mid-range phone Galaxy On Nxt has got a new sibling in the form of a new variant. The 2017 iteration of Samsung Galaxy On Nxt has been officially launched in India today with 64GB storage. Notably the Samsung Galaxy On Nxt 2016 was endowed with 32GB in-built storage.

Sporting a 5.5-inch full HD display protected by a 2.5D Gorilla Glass, the Galaxy On Nxt 2017 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It flaunts a full-metal unibody design and packs in 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage that can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.

At its heart the phone carries 1.6 GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 processor. There’s a 13MP back camera with LED flash and an 8MP up front camera for clicking selfies. To keep the juices flowing, the phone tucks in 3300mAH battery. It also houses a fingerprint scanner.

Priced at Rs 16,900, this mid-range phone has been launched in the country exclusively via Flipkart, just like its predecessor and will be up for grabs starting today mid-night. Those purchasing the phone with Axis Bank’s Buzz credit card can avail a further 5 percent discount. It comes in two color options — Gold and Black.
