We are only a couple of weeks away from the official unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 in New York City, but the rumor mill is yet to stop churning out juicy tidbits about the upcoming launch.
According to Greek website Techmaniacs (via Sammobile), the upcoming Samsung flagship will have a dedicated Night mode for the front-facing camera. The authenticity of the source is not beyond question, but it won’t be wildly unexpected of Samsung to include a Night mode for the selfie camera.
Considering the working principle of Samsung’s Night mode, you’ll need to stay still for at least a couple of seconds to take a crisp selfie, which is a huge ask when you’re taking a group selfie with impatient friends. However, if you’re taking a solo-selfie, the Night mode could come in pretty handy.
As of now, no Samsung Galaxy device, including the S10, has the front-camera Night mode. But if the Note 10 indeed launches with the feature, we could soon see Samsung roll out the feature for Galaxy S10 through a software update.
