After the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, the South Korean tech giant is prepping to launch another dual camera smartphone only this time around, it will be a mid-range device.
Yes, we are referring to the Galaxy J7, which according to the latest report, will actually be called the Galaxy J7 Plus. The report comes straight from Thailand indicating that the smartphone will be launched very soon in the country.
The Galaxy J7 Plus, as per the leak, will sport a metal unibody design. It will reportedly feature a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED Full HD display.
Under the hood will be an octa-core chipset with a clock speed of 2.39GHz paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage which is further expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card.
The USP of the Galaxy J7 Plus, as mentioned earlier, will be the 13MP (f/1.7) + 5MP (f/1.9) dual camera setup on the back along with Live Focus feature which made its debut with the Galaxy Note 8. For selfies, there will be a 16MP f/1.9 camera at the front.
The dual-SIM smartphone has the fingerprint scanner placed right under the home button below the display. As for the software, it will come with Android 7.1.1 Nougat pre-installed. A 3,000mAh battery will provide fuel for the device.
