The much awaited Android powered Samsung Galaxy Camera might be hitting the retail shelves in Korea sometime in mid-November, in time for the holiday season. The 16.1 megapixel shooter would be released through South Korean cellular operators SK Telecom and KT, in the 2nd half of November.

The Samsung Galaxy Camera would be one of it’s kind, running Android 4.1 a.k.a Jellybean right out of the box. It also boasts of a wide range of connectivity options as WiFi, Bluetooth & 3G connectivity via a SIM card.

Pricing details are not confirmed as yet, and we would update this post as soon as we hear more. All said, this really seems to be a nice addition to the Galaxy Stable of devices. Way to go, Samsung!!! If you’re on the lookout for a decent digital camera, you may want to wait a bit till this baby is released and check it out.
