Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro launch pushed to March 2017

The Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro will take longer to release, as per the latest information. So far, according to the rumors, we’ve heard that Samsung had pushed the release date of the C5 Pro to mid February.

Now, the latest rumor suggests that the Galaxy C5 Pro will only be announced in early March. We recently saw official renders of the smartphone that were leaked from China. That means that the device is ready, but Samsung isn’t willing to release it yet.

We know a lot about the C5 Pro, which is going to be a mid-range smartphone. It would supposedly feature a Snapdragon 626 processor, a 5.5-inch full HD display, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage and 16MP front and rear cameras. Even the pricing for the handset was leaked earlier this month.

Samsung is probably doing this so that there is no dead zone before the announcement of the Galaxy S8. The new A series phones were just launched earlier this month, and now there will be a huge gap if Samsung decides to immediately launch the C Series phones next month. Perhaps that is why the company has pushed the release date. We will know more at MWC 2017!
