Only moments ago, Samsung revealed the Galaxy 3 (i5800) which is in fact twin of Samsung Apollo (i5801). Now we hear that Samsung Apollo has been officially announced by Orange UK and has been tagged as ‘coming soon’.
Samsung Apollo is basically a medium segment device that would aim at competing with HTC Wildfire and boost Samsung’s hold in this segment which was served by Galaxy Spica, thus far. Here are the main specs of the phone you should know about:

- Network 3G (HSDPA 3.6 Mbps) : 900/2100 Mhz

- 3.2 inch screen

The phone will be available under two options: Pay-As-You-Go and Monthly Plan. Without contract price is not available, so people who don’t have orange within their reach or don’t want to opt for it, have no choice currently but to wait and watch how it goes.
