Sony’s 2016 mid-range handset, the Xperia X (unlocked) is currently going for as low as $239.99 (black color variant) on Amazon. The price, however, changes with the color you choose. With that being said, it’s still a pretty good deal for the asking price.
If you are planning to gift yourself one, do find the purchase link below. The Sony Xperia X is available in two different storage variants: 32GB and 64GB. So, do make a note that the current deal is only for the 32GB variant.
The good news, however, is the fact that both these variants come with the same amount of RAM which is 3GB. The Xperia X rocks a 5-inch Full HD IPS LCD display with a layer of 2.5D curved glass running over it.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 650 chipset powers the device while Adreno 510GPU takes care of graphics. There’s a 23MP f/2.0 PDAF camera on the back and a 13MP f/2.0 front-facing shooter to take care of the imaging department.
The Xperia X comes with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow pre-installed, but you can upgrade it to Android 7.1.1 Nougat once you get the device. A 2,620mAh battery under-the-hood provides the juice for the handset. It also comes with Quick Charge 2.0 support.
