In the typical fashion, yet another android phone has been rooted in few days after its release. Although, some phones — the Galaxy S2 and the Galaxy Nexus — received their root tool well before the phone actually got released. Anyway, if you’ve brought that super-slim — just 7.1mm thick — smart phone called Droid Razr home, and want to unlock its root access, you can now do that using the awesome tool from DoomLord.

Btw, this is Windows PC-only root, and those who have a Mac will have to find a Windows PC to be able to use it.

Rooting your android phone allows you to gain full access to device by using root apps, and thereby unlocking its full potential. This would allow you to make backup of of apps with their data using titanium backup free app, flash custom recovery using ROM Manager (when it’s available), install other apps that require root access and much more.
