The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has been confirmed for four carriers in Canada – Rogers, TELUS, WIND, and Mobilicity, with each carrier having officially announced the device, with a release date set for sometime this fall.

The Rogers, TELUS and Mobilicity variants will come with 4G LTE support, and though WIND does mention 4G LTE as a feature, it depends on how the upcoming 4G auction goes for WIND. Other specs of the device will remain the same as the international variant, which include a 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 2GB RAM, a 5.5″ 720p Super AMOLED display, 8MP rear camera, 1.9MP front facing camera, 16/32GB internal storage expandable to 64GB via microSD, a 3100 mAh battery, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Stay tuned for info on the pricing as well as info about which other Canadian carriers will be launching the Galaxy Note 2.
