The community too is consistent on this – it isn’t possible yet, and any change would likely need to come through a patch rather than a hidden menu setting.
So, can you remove it?
You can’t remove the Endministrator’s mask in Arknights: Endfield right now, and there’s no official toggle. The safest expectation is that it stays on unless a future patch explicitly introduces a removal option.
