Here is how you can complete the Recluse quest in Where Winds Meet:
Step 1: Find Freckled Lai
Tracking the waypoint, in the Baima Crossing, you will find Freckled Lai sitting beside a shed near the other workers.
Step 2: Talk to Lai
Talking to Freckled Lai will reveal about the Frozen corpses in the southern area.
Step 3: Catch up with Ning Yi
Follow Ning Yi, as he left the conversation. Ask him about the corpses. He will tell you about Aunt Han.

Step 4: Examine the corpses
Ning Yi points you towards the unrecognized bodies. Investigate what they tell you about attacks.
