The upcoming Realme GT 7 Pro will make its way to India with a notable change in its battery specifications. While the Chinese version boasts a massive 6,500mAh battery, the Indian variant will pack a smaller 5,800mAh cell, marking a 10% reduction in capacity.

When questioned about this modification, Realme India attributed the change to "regulations" without providing specific details. The mystery behind this decision has sparked speculation about whether it's a cost-cutting measure or related to marketing strategy.

Despite the reduced battery size, the Indian variant retains the impressive 120W fast charging capability. The phone features a 6.78-inch OLED Plus display with 6,000 nits peak brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it runs on the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.

The camera system includes a 50MP Sony IMX906 main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom. For selfies, it sports a 16MP front camera.

You can now pre-book the device by paying Rs 1,000, which comes with attractive benefits including a Rs 3,000 bank discount and no-cost EMI options. The phone also offers one year of screen damage protection and an additional year of extended warranty.

The Realme GT 7 Pro will be available through Amazon India and Realme's official website when it launches on November 26.
