How to complete Rally the Cats

Step 1: Find Miaomiao at the entrance of Mercyheart Monastery
Talk to Miaomiao, who explains that the kittens have scattered around the area.
Step 2: Take the bell from Boss Meow
Speak with Boss Meow, who gives you a Cat bell.
This bell attracts the kittens, making them follow you as soon as they hear it.
