You can start this Wandering Tale at the Laureates Board in the North Imperial Garden. Here, you'll find Mrs. Wu berating her son as he lies on the ground in distress.
Walkthrough
Follow these steps to complete Raising Stars Wandering Tale in Where Winds Meet:
Step 1
Go to the Laureates Board, where you will find Mrs. Wu is scolding her son as he lies flat on the ground. She will tell you that she had sent her son Wu Xiaobao to get the essay for a teacher to review, but it went missing midway near Mountain Walkway.
Step 2
Head to the Mountain Walkway area in the northern part of the North Imperial Garden.
Step 3
Head upward along the staircase of the Mountain Walkway.
Step 4
On the right-hand side of the stairs, you’ll spot the missing essay lying on the ground. Pick it up.
Step 5
Bring the essay back to Mrs. Wu. She thanks you sincerely. Though unable to read herself, she proudly shows her son’s essay to everyone, hopeful that he will pass his exams. This completes the tale.
