The quest 'Pill Worth A Fortune' is located in Kaifeng Prefecture, in Kaifeng City, Kaifeng region.
The nearest waypoint is Harmonic Span.
To start the quest, go to the location, set your time to Day time and converse with Tian Yunniang outside the house.
Walkthrough
Step 1
Go to the location given above. From the waypoint, you can go straight ahead and turn right at the end to reach the house.
Step 2
Make sure it is Day Time. If not, open the Time turner and change it.
Step 3
Then talk to Tian Yunniang.
You will learn that her child is very sick and the doctor is refusing to treat her. So your next objective is to go talk to Doctor Shang and Squireling Wang.
Step 4
Go inside the house, take the stairs to the left, go to the first floor and talk to Shang Lu.
Step 5
He will ask for whom you are getting the medicine. Select 'For Tian Miao'er'.
Step 6
Shang Lu will ask for a favor - to get Dry Dogwood Berry. This you can get in the garden below itself, near the trees and the rocks.
Step 7
Return to Shang Lu and Give the berry to him.
Step 8
Go downstairs and meet Shang Lu and Squireling Wang inside the house.
During the conversation, Shang Lu will tell Wang to go outside and bow before Madam Tian.
Step 9
Go outside and see Squireling Wang kowtowing before Madam Tian.
Step 10
Return to Shang Lu on the first floor. He will ask what the consultation was worth to you. Select "It's very precious!"
You will now gain the Custom Pill.
Step 11
Go outside and give this medicine to Madam Tian Yunniang.
