Follow the steps below to complete the Perfect Sync quest:

Step 1

After reaching the marked spot, use Meridian Touch on the trainee standing behind the other two to immobilize him. He's the one out of sync.

Step 2

Use Meridian Touch on him again to free him right when the other two sync up with him. Doing it successfully completes the quest and gives you your rewards.
