Oppo has announced the launch of bigger R9s Plus smartphone in Australia. The phone is up for grabs via three agencies-JB HiFi, Woolworths Mobile and Officeworks at a price of $698, which is $100 more than its younger sibling Oppo R9s.
The phone is being sold by JB HiFi in gold color option in 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM variant while on Woolworths Mobile it can be purchased outright or on contract over a range of plans for 24 month terms.
Oppo R9s Plus packs in a massive 6.0 inch AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top and ultra-narrow bezels which gives the device a sleek and premium look. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 octa-core processor clocked at 1.95Ghz paired with a whopping 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB.

The selfie snapper has a 1/3 inch sensor and F2.0 aperture as well as a new bokeh effect. There’s a fingerprint scanner as well.
