The selfie obsessed brand Oppo has launched yet another phone with 20MP selfie camera but this time even the rear camera gets a special treatment. With dual cameras at the back, Oppo has launched R11s and its Plus variant.
At an event held in China, Oppo launched the R11s and R11s Plus. Not only do the smartphones feature a dual rear camera, but also they are first R series smartphones to feature an all-screen display having an aspect ratio of 18:9.
Like most of the standard phones and their plus variants, Oppo R11s and R11s Plus differ in display size, battery, and memory only. The other specifications are same for both devices.

While the Oppo R11s features a 6.01-inch display, the Plus variant flaunts a 6.43-inch AMOLED display. Both the devices pack a full screen with 18:9 aspect ratio and full HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) AMOLED display.
In terms of hardware, Oppo R11s features 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory while the Plus variant packs 6GB RAM and 64GB internal memory. Again, both the smartphones are powered by octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC clocked at 1.8GHz and support hybrid SIM slots with expandable storage limited to 256GB.
On the camera front, as mentioned above, the smartphones feature a dual camera setup. There is a 16MP and another secondary 20MP sensor at the back with dual-tone LED flash on each. At the front, you get a 20MP camera with Beautify 5.0 AI technology.
Although the smartphones differ in the battery capacity, they both use company’s proprietary VOOC fast charging. The R11 packs a 3205mAh battery while the R11s Plus packs a 4000mAh battery. Both run Android 7.1.1 Nougat with ColorOS 3.2 on top. Further, they pack a fingerprint scanner at the back and also feature facial recognition technology for face unlock.

Oppo R11s will be available in Black and Champagne Gold colors starting November 10 for CNY 2,999. Priced at CNY 3,199, Oppo will also be selling a Red color variant of the smartphone. The Oppo R11s Plus in Gold and Black colors will go on sale from November 24 for CNY 3,699.
Meanwhile, Oppo also launched a new smartphone, F5 in India. F5 flaunts a 6 inch 18:9 display and 20MP camera. Priced at INR 19,990, F5 packs 3,200 mAh battery, Android 7.1 and Helio P23 chip.
