The highly anticipated Oppo Find X8 series is set to make its global debut following its successful launch in China. The lineup consists of two flagship devices – the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro, both pushing boundaries in smartphone technology. Here are the features: 

The Find X8 sports a 6.59-inch flat AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, while the Pro variant features a larger 6.8-inch micro-curved AMOLED panel. Both screens boast impressive peak brightness levels of up to 4500 nits and are protected by Oppo Crystal Shield glass.

At the heart of both devices is the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The phones run on Android 15 with Oppo’s latest ColorOS 15 interface, which brings significant improvements in AI features and user experience.The camera system is a major highlight, featuring Hasselblad co-engineering. The Find X8 comes with a triple 50MP setup including a main sensor, ultrawide, and 3x periscope telephoto lens. The Pro model ups the ante with a quad 50MP camera system featuring an additional 6x periscope telephoto lens for enhanced zoom capabilities.

Both devices pack substantial batteries – 5630mAh in the Find X8 and 5910mAh in the Pro model. They support 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging, with additional 10W reverse wireless charging capability.

The phones come with comprehensive water resistance ratings of IP68 and IP69, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, and advanced connectivity options including Wi-Fi 7. The Pro model also features a dedicated camera shutter key and the return of the Alert slider.

The global launch will also introduce ColorOS 15, bringing new AI features like improved image processing, smart assistant capabilities, and enhanced productivity tools. While exact global pricing hasn’t been announced, the phones are expected to maintain competitive positioning in the flagship segment.
