After much fanfare, the OnePlus 5 was officially unveiled yesterday. While some are happy with the device specs, others are not so happy with the specs and the design.

Although we are yet to lay our hands on the device, people who have the device have different things to say. One popular tipster, Roland Quandt‏ who has the device, has given some information regarding the device display.

Apparently, OnePlus 5 is using the exact same display that was used on the OnePlus 3T, which is the AMOLED display from Samsung with panel ID S6E3FA5.

OnePlus 5 features the same 5.5-inch 1080p display with a pixel density of 401ppi. As far as other specs are concerned, OnePlus 5 features Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 chipset clocked at 2.45 GHz.

The device comes in two variants of 6GB RAM/64GB memory and 8GB RAM/128GB memory. It is powered by a 3,300mAh battery with support for dash charging and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

In the camera segment, OnePlus 5 sports a dual 16MP + 20MP rear camera, while on the front side you get 16MP camera.
