For all the folks who have been waiting for the launch of OnePlus 5, here’s another leak coming your way. A screenshot of the default wallpaper of the upcoming OnePlus 5 has been posted on Weibo earlier today.
Interestingly, the screenshot doesn’t reveal the presence of an app drawer. There’s a basic clock widget at the top as you can see from the image. The main home screen has space for nine of your favorite app icons while the rest are located on other screens which can be accessed by swiping left.
For the unaware, this is the same kind of setup the “Simplified Layout” offers which was introduced with the Oxygen OS 4.0 update for OnePlus 3T and 3. It’s worth mentioning that the company offered Simplified Layout alongside the standard app drawer-based home screen layout for both the OnePlus 3 and 3T back then. So, we can expect the same to continue with the OnePlus 5.

The OnePlus 5 is expected to be launched on June 15. The company has already confirmed that the smartphone will ship with Snapdragon 835 chipset. Also, recent rumors strongly suggest that the handset will get a dual camera setup on the back.
You can expect top-notch specs from the OnePlus 5 including 6 or 8GB of RAM, 5.5-inch QHD display, Android 7.1.1 Nougat, 3,300mAh battery, and more.
