OnePlus 13 is out and is getting some great reviews. Following it's philosophy of offering top-tier features and specs at a lower than usual price, the flagship killer has done it again. And while there are several areas where OnePlus 13 is a superb upgrade over OnePlus 12, it's the screen that has received the most attention by the OnePlus team.
From images and videos, it's easy to see that symmetry and wonder if OnePlus has made some design changes to the screen. And here's the biggest of them all.
OnePlus 13's Quad-Curve Display
We've all seen displays that curve to the left and right of the screen, which is normally known as a curved display. But OnePlus 13 has a quad-curved display that, as the 'quad' in the name suggests, is curved on all four sides.
Not only does the quad-curve display provide for a more immersive experience, it also looks spectacular thanks to the symmetry on all four sides.
The complete wrap-around on all four sides also has other benefits. For one, it makes the phone easier to hold. The consistency of a surface curving on all four sides also ensures that your eyes don't have to make that micro adjustments while viewing the screen, thereby reducing eye strain, especially when looking at the screen for extended periods of time.
OnePlus 13's quad-curved display is one of the many standout features on the device and it's something we can see many other manufacturers implement in their own upcoming phones.
