'Oath of Loyalty' is an Exploration quest in Where Winds Meet. It's a simple side quest that requires you to vow to protect the land with a bunch of kids. Here's how to go about it.
Location and How to Start
The quest takes place in the south west corner of Kaifeng City, in Kaifeng region. The exact location is given below.

Once you're at the location, simply interact with the three boys standing there to trigger this exploration quest.
Walkthrough
Step 1
Make your way to the location given above.
Step 2
Talk to Jiang Xiaobao - who appears to be the leader of the three kids standing there.
Step 3
He will show you how to take the oath.
Step 4
To make the same oath, emote the Yanyun Oath. It will be under the 'Puzzle' category.
Step 5
Once you've made the oath, you will get the rewards and bring this exploration quest to a close.
