Last month, Nokia under HMD Global announced the flagship device dubbed as Nokia 8. To the disappointment of many, Nokia 8 sports only 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal memory.

Taking note of that, according to Winfuture, Nokia will soon release an upgraded variant of Nokia 8. The upgraded variant of Nokia 8 will sport 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory and as is obvious, it will be priced higher than the standard variant.

Nokia will start selling the 6GB variant of Nokia 8 from October 20 in Germany. Currently, we don’t have any information about the availability of the new device in other countries.

Other than the increased RAM and internal storage, premium Nokia 8 will have similar specifications to standard Nokia 8. It will sport a 5.3-inch 2K display with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. Under the hood, the device will have same Snapdragon 835 processor.

In the camera segment, you will get a dual 12MP rear sensor with Zeiss optics. A 3090mAh battery powered by USB C will provide the juice.

In case you are wondering about the price, Nokia 8 will cost €669, which is €90 over the price of standard Nokia 8 (4GB). Further, the premium Nokia 8 will be available in only one color of Polished Blue.
