It is November 13th, the day Nexus fans have been waiting for with anticipation. Yes, the LG Nexus 4 and Samsung Nexus 10 are launching today, and both devices have already gone on sale in Australia on the Google Play Store. However, the problem is that both the 8 and 16GB Nexus 4 models have been sold out, with the latter taking just 22 minutes to do so!

The Nexus 4 has now gone back to the “coming soon” status, and whether it was high demand or low stock in Australia that is the reason for it selling out is anyone’s guess at this point. Also, some users are reporting that even the Nexus 10 has now changed to the “coming soon” status too, so maybe the 10-inch tablet Nexus people have been waiting for has been sold out as well. Not surprising, considering how hotly anticipated both Nexus devices have been.

As for the price, the Nexus 4 is available for AUD$349 and $399 for the 8 and 16GB models, while the Nexus 10 is available for $469 and $569 for the 16 and 32GB models respectively. A delivery fee of $19.99 is also applicable on both devices, with a promised delivery within 3-5 business days. Oh, and there’s also a $19.99 bumper accessory for the Nexus 4 listed on the Play Store, though it isn’t available for ordering yet.

It looks like Google is going to have trouble keeping up with the demand, despite them having promised to try and do better when it comes to availability of new Nexus devices. But hey, there is great demand no doubt, so it’s okay Google. Just don’t keep people waiting too long!

Any of you in Australia ordered one already or looking to do so? Do let us know in the comments!
