Sprint has released a new update for its latest S7 devices, one that brings improvements to WiFi calling and battery life. The build no. for Galaxy S7 is G930PVPU2APE1, while that for Galaxy S7 Edge is G935PVPU2APE1.
There are some bug fixes included also as part of the update, but that’s that about the update’s changelog. If you own a S7 and S7 Edge at Sprint, head to Settings and check for an update now.
Be careful if you are rooted, as you need to make sure you have the stock recovery installed to be able to install these OTA updates. Moreover, you would lose root access most probably, so unless you have confirmed that root is available for PE1, don’t update if you want root access.
