BlackBerry is pushing a new software update to the BlackBerry DTEK60 in several regions. The update includes bug fixes, system improvements, and the latest Android security patch.
In this update, BlackBerry has included the November Android security patch, which is the latest available at the moment. This makes sure that your device is safe from all the malware and issues, which is why you must install the update as soon as it arrives. The build number is AAQ934 and the update weighs around 101 MB.

It may take up to a few days for this update to reach all the devices. If you’ve received the update, but aren’t able to download, then you have to rollback to a previous stable version of Google Play services. The update will not install if you’re on a beta version of the Play services.
Apart from the latest security patch, the update will also fix other bugs and improve system performance. BlackBerry had also released a similar update for the DTEK50 last week.
The DTEK60, despite being a fairly new smartphone from BlackBerry, will not be getting the Android Oreo update. Only the BlackBerry KEYone and Aurora will get Oreo update. The company is also set to launch a special Black Edition of the BlackBerry KEYone in South Korea.
