It seems like Motorola is working on yet another smartphone. A new handset bearing model number 10720 has paid a visit to the FCC indicating that the phone will be launched very soon.
As usual, however, the listing doesn’t reveal much about the device. Of late Motorola seems to have been on a launching spree. In the past 20 days or so, the company has launched the Moto Z2 Play, and only recently, it unveiled the new Moto E4 and E4 Plus handsets.
As if that weren’t enough, the company is expected to launch the Motorola Moto Z2 on June 27th and the Moto X4 on June 30. That’s a lot of phone launches in one month, one can’t deny that!

In addition, only yesterday, we got to know that last year’s Moto M will get a special edition variant. This will, of course, be limited to the Asian market only according to the rumors.
Looking at this approach, it feels like Motorola is trying to follow Samsung’s approach. That is, launch so many phones a year that there will be enough devices (from the company) that cater to the needs of every smartphone buyer.
