The Intel-powered Motorola Razr i, is now available in the Netherlands. The Razr i is the first Android smartphone with Intel-inside, as well as the first one to include a 2 GHz processor. The Motorola Razr i has also been recently released in Germany for €399. The Motorola Razr i is identical to the Motorola Razr M, in all specs, except for the presence of an Intel processor.

The Motorola Razr i packs a single-core x86-based Intel Medfield processor, which races up to 2.0GHz thanks to Intel’s Burst Performance technology. While it may be argued that most high-end phones currently available pack dual-core and quad-core processors—Intel’s Hyperthreading tech serves up similar multi-core functionality in a single-core processor, allowing for effective multi-tasking and speed of performance.
