We’re yet to see Motorola make Moto G5S+ and Moto X4 official, but rumors about Motorola Moto M2 are also gaining momentum now. Having already made an appearance at Geekbench as XT1902 model, more juicy details on the device have become available today thanks to Andri Yatim, who has great standing when it comes to Motorola leaks. According to him, we can expect the Moto M2 to release in October this year.
The Moto M was released in the last quarter of 2016, specifically November, so it seems about right that the sequel of the same would appear a year later. Moto M2 will come with Android 7.1.1 pre-installed on it.

Very little is know about the handset itself but the rumor has it that the Moto M2 will feature a powerful MediaTek processor, believed to be 10-core Helio X20 CPU chip (one that also powers the Redmi Note 4 and Meizu MX6).
The Moto M2 may be available in two variants, one with 4GB of RAM with 32GB internal memory while the other with 6GB of RAM with 64GB internal memory. It’s believed that Moto M2 will feature a 5.5 Inch Full HD display and is expected to be an enhancement on the existing Moto M’s metal design.
As we get closer to the final quarter of the year we are sure to receive more and more information about the Moto M2, so stay tuned.
