Someone at Motorola is in either too much good mood, or too bad, whichever way you wanna look, because right after the Verizon-bound Motorola Droid Razr HD Pics leak, we have similar leak on another big Moto device, the supposedly AT&T-bound Atrix 3, called Motorola Dinara for now.

The image at the top is the leaked pic of Atrix 3, the 3rd generation of the device which was America’s first dual-core phone and also first one with 1GB of RAM.

While its predecessor, the Atrix 2, didn’t have anything too appealing, the Atrix 3 does looks able to make some good promises as regards hardware and software.

First up, the software on the device seems to be Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, with Motorola’s Motoblur UI atop it. We leave it to you whether you decide to like or hate the Motoblur, but we would have taken Google’s stock ICS UI anytime over this mix. Anyway, the best thing is, it’s got ICS-default on-screen keys, which is very very appealing and makes a strong case for the device.

Add to that a 720p HD display, you’ve got all the basics right. As regards processor, since quad-core processors for the time being lack the LTE support, the Qualcomm dual-core S4 processor at 1,5GHz clock rate, should be the best choice. And anyway, the S4 chip is beating quad-core processors in some areas already, so it’s not bad at all. Since all AT&T recent phones have 4G LTE connectivity, we think Atrix 3 will have it too.

Moreover, there is some rumor about the Atrix 3 release date, bring touted as July 26.

No other details are available as of now regarding the Motorola Atrix 3. Let’s just hope the Atrix will have a Super AMOLED or Super LCD2 display to complete the specs, because both of its predecessors had out-of-date TFT displays. Looks-wise, the phone is okay-ish, nothing great, and in fact completely opposite to Droid Razr HD by Motorola, but should be a good device for the given spec-sheet.
