Motorola Moto X4 has been in the news for quite some time now. It was earlier rumored to launch on June 30 which didn’t happen clearly. While we still don’t know when the company is going to launch it, one interesting news has emerged online.
According to a report published on Venture Beat, the Moto X4 will be coming to Google’s Project Fi sometime in Q4. It’s not clear whether the company will launch the device in Q4 as well.

We, however, hugely doubt the possibility of the Moto X4 being launched in Q4. For the unaware, the company has apparently kept the smartphone’s launch on hold due to the shortage in the availability of the Snapdragon 660 SoCs and will launch the Moto X4 as soon as the chipset supply increases.
Meanwhile, Google had tweeted that “Keep an eye out for a new Fi-compatible device at a mid-tier price from one of our partners later this year” thereby subtly hinting that it could be a Motorola device, the Moto X4 in particular.
