It looks like Motorola’s 2015 flagship, the Moto X Style (also called Moto X3) will soon be getting the bump to Android 7.1.1 Nougat. According to this GFXbench listing, the Moto X Style was spotted running Nougat, version 7.1.1 even, when the company’s official builds so far have been 7.0.

The listing reveals the firmware labelled as Motoblur, which confirms that this is the real deal from Motorola.

Further confirmation on the device model (XT1570) is also obtained from the specifications listed from the GFXbench leak. The Nougat update should be making its way to Moto X Style owners in January 2017.

A Moto X Play running Android 7.0 Nougat was also spotted up on GFXbench earlier, leading us to believe that Motorola may release the Nougat OTA in tandem for these last generation devices.

Motorola has already rolled out updates for Moto G4 and G4 Plus in India, while the Moto Z and Z Force are receiving the Android 7.0 update world over.

As for this year’s Motorola flagship, the Moto Z Play has been spotted in Indonesia running on a quad core chipset.
