Part 2 begins after you finish the cave puzzle linked to the General’s Shrine. The remaining steps revolve around speaking with Fu Lubao and giving him the Meow Meow Bell to finish the tale.
Inside the hidden cave near the General’s Shrine, place the small statue directly in front of the Buddha statue altar.
This unlocks the Meow Meow Bell and completes the first part.
Speak to Fu Lubao. He tells you he spotted signs of a Meow Meow when traveling with a merchant caravan, hinting that he is looking for something important.
Interact with him again. A prompt appears showing the Meow Meow Bell as the required submission. Select the bell and hand it over.
